- ½ cup deli sliced red pepper strips
- ½ cups black olives, pitted and halved
- 2 slices ham or prosciutto, diced
- 1 ½ cups spring lettuce
- 1 cup Truly Grass Fed Sharp Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Layer salad ingredients into jars starting with red peppers then olives, ham, lettuce and cheese.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Add your dressing of choice and shake when ready.
