Our gluten-free oats are traceable to 110 small Irish family farms, located approximately within 80 miles of our mill. Our farm families take pride in consistent grain quality and best-in-class environmental sustainability practices.

Oats grown in Ireland have a low CO2 footprint and zero waste. Any waste from our oat mill is recycled as an animal feed ingredient or goes to composting, resulting in zero finished product waste.

Antibiotic free. If a cow is sick and needs treatment, her milk is kept out of the total supply until she is well.

Our cows spend most of the year outdoors, in the fresh air, grazing (250 days a year*).
